I don’t like my picture; can I change it?

It is important to remember that due to privacy reasons, the picture is only visible to you in the Incode ID Wallet.

As a general recommendation to verify that the face capture was done properly is by signing in to your Incode ID Wallet.

If for a particular reason you would still like to change your picture, you must delete your Incode Fan ID and begin a new onboarding as if it was the first time. If you chose to do so, remember to follow the guidelines for a proper face capture. That is, with the appropriate lighting conditions, holding still during the capture and without face obstructions such as hats, eyewear, facemasks or similar.
