- Rectification: It is the right you have to request Incode to rectify or correct your personal data, when they are inaccurate or incomplete or not updated.
- Cancellation: It is the right you have to request Incode to delete your personal data once the purpose of its treatment has concluded or when they are not treated in accordance with the applicable regulations. It is important to bear in mind that this data will not be deleted immediately as it will remain blocked, and once the blocking period has elapsed, it will be deleted.
- Opposition: It is the right you have to request that your personal data not be used for specific purposes that are not necessary for the provision of services such as sending advertising.
- Revocation of consent: You have the right to revoke consent at any time without retroactive effect.
- Limitation of Use and Disclosure: It is your right to request Incode to limit the use and disclosure of your data for those purposes that are not necessary for the provision of services.
We remind you that in order to process your request it will be necessary for you to prove your identity by means of an official identification and accompany the corresponding information.
