Before Onboarding

The onboarding process must be done from a mobile device with a working cellphone number.

Before starting your onboarding be sure to have a valid physical official government identification with you.

Try to have good cellphone reception to get a hassle-free experience. This is an online process, and you will receive a confirmation SMS on your cellphone.

Browser

The supported browsers are Safari on iOS, and Google Chrome on Android.

Cellphone Format

Make sure you enter a 10-digit cellphone number and that such number is the correct one to go to the next step.

ID capture

Don’t forget to enable camera access permissions to capture your identification.

ID capture must be done with proper lighting conditions, avoiding shadows, occlusions or reflections that may affect the correct reading of the data contained in the document.

Data confirmation

Confirm that your name, email address and date of birth are correct. These are mandatory fields that need to be filled out to continue.

Email addresses must be entered in the format user@domain.com. Terminations such as .com or, .com.us can be substituted by many other variants depending on the classification of the domain and country of origin of the account.

Face Capture

Face capture must be done with proper lighting conditions, avoiding shadows, obstructions or reflections that may affect the correct reading of biometrics. The use of hats, eyewear, face masks or facial paint are considered incorrect for a correct capture.

Don’t forget to enable your Incode Fan ID to complete your onboarding.
